Theater
Theater is Eidolon's immersive interactive storytelling feature. Create or enter a story world and co-create a unique adventure with AI.
What Is Theater?
Theater is an interactive narrative system:
- You are the protagonist, AI is the narrator and world builder
- Every choice you make affects the story's direction
- AI generates unique plots based on your settings
- Stories can include combat, puzzles, emotions, exploration, and more
Creating a New Story
- Click "Theater" in the navigation bar
- Click "Create New Story"
- Choose Manual Setup or Random Generate
Random Generate
Click random generate, and the system automatically creates a complete story setting including world, characters, and plot direction. Great for quick starts.
Manual Setup
Fine-tune every detail of your story:

Playing the Story
After creating or selecting a story, enter the story dialogue:
- You input actions or dialogue
- AI describes scene changes and NPC reactions
- The story progresses continuously
Action Options
AI sometimes presents action options:

You can also ignore preset options and freely type any action.
Story Management
Story List
The Theater page shows all your stories:
- Sorted by recent activity
- Shows title, status, and last message time
- Click to continue the story
Branch Stories
Create a branch from an existing story:
- Select "Create Branch" from the story menu
- Enter a title for the new branch
- The branch inherits the original settings but develops independently
Edit Story
Modify story settings at any time — adjust the world, characters, and plot parameters.
Story Images
During the story, AI may generate scene images based on the plot for enhanced immersion.
Tips
- Start with random generation to quickly experience Theater's charm
- Try different genre combinations for unexpected stories
- Free-form actions are more fun than picking preset options
- Co-create a unique story with AI that belongs to just the two of you
