TTS Voice Settings

Eidolon's TTS (Text-to-Speech) feature lets AI reply with natural-sounding voice. You can adjust emotional intensity and even upload your own voice sample so AI speaks in your voice.

Voice Emotion Intensity​

Adjust how expressive AI's voice sounds:

  1. Go to Settings → TTS
  2. Find the Emotion Intensity slider
  3. Drag the slider to adjust

Reference Audio​

Upload a reference audio clip so AI's voice better matches your desired style.

Upload Reference Audio​

  1. Go to Settings → TTS
  2. Click the Upload Reference Audio button
  3. Select an audio file (10–30 seconds of clear speech recommended)
  4. Wait for upload and processing to complete

Reference Audio Requirements​

  • Duration: 10–30 seconds recommended
  • Content: Clear human voice recording
  • Format: Common audio formats (WAV, MP3, etc.)

View Current Reference Audio​

The settings page shows current reference audio info:

  • Whether audio has been uploaded
  • File size
  • Audio duration
  • Upload time

Voice Cloning (Genesis Exclusive)​

Genesis

Genesis subscribers can use the Voice Cloning feature, letting AI speak in your own voice during video calls.

How to Use​

  1. Upload a TTS reference audio (see above)
  2. The system automatically creates your voice clone
  3. In Omni mode video calls, AI speaks in your voice

Limits​

  • Maximum 1 upload per day
  • Deleting audio does not reset the daily counter
  • Voice cloning only works in Omni video call mode
Voice Cloning Ethics

Voice cloning is strictly for cloning your own voice. Do not upload other people's voice samples. Abuse of this feature may result in account suspension.

Common Issues​

AI voice sounds flat?​

  • Try increasing the emotion intensity slider
  • Confirm your subscription tier supports emotional TTS

Reference audio upload failed?​

  • Check the audio file format and size
  • Make sure the content is clear human speech
  • Note the daily upload limit

Voice clone doesn't sound like me?​

  • Upload a clearer, longer voice sample
  • Record in a quiet environment
  • Avoid background noise and other voices
